Privacy Policy
What Rankonpilot collects about accounts, workspaces and billing, how it is used, which providers process it and how to export or delete your data.
Data we collect
Rankonpilot stores account profile information, workspace membership data, website settings, generated content, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.
We also retain operational logs such as audit entries, billing events, moderation reports, and security-relevant request metadata.
We use Google Analytics to measure visits to this website: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, which main buttons, contact links and FAQ questions they click, whether they complete a sign-up or a subscription, their device type and approximate location. Names, email addresses and payment details are not sent to Google Analytics. The cookie policy explains how this works for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
Billing and payment data
Subscription processing is handled through Creem. We store customer, subscription, checkout, invoice, refund, and dispute identifiers returned by the billing provider to keep billing state accurate.
Raw payment card details are not stored in the application database.
Service providers
These companies process data for us to run Rankonpilot:
- Vercel: hosts the website and app
- Creem: processes payments and subscriptions
- Google: sign-in with Google if you use it, Google Analytics on this website, and Search Console if you connect it
- Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio): writes article text and generates images from your website details and keywords
- RunPod: generates article images
- Cloudinary: stores and serves article images
- Resend: sends account emails
- YouTube: finds videos to embed in articles, using the article topic only
Data rights
Signed-in users can export their account data and request permanent account deletion from the settings page, subject to workspace ownership and legal retention constraints.
