Understand what RankOnPilot collects, how data is used, and how account and workspace information is handled.
Data we collect
RankOnPilot stores account profile information, workspace membership data, website settings, generated content, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.
We also retain operational logs such as audit entries, billing events, moderation reports, and security-relevant request metadata.
Billing and payment data
Subscription processing is handled through Creem. We store customer, subscription, checkout, invoice, refund, and dispute identifiers returned by the billing provider to keep billing state accurate.
Raw payment card details are not stored in the application database.
Data rights
Signed-in users can export their account data and request permanent account deletion from the settings page, subject to workspace ownership and legal retention constraints.
