Cancellation Policy

Workspace owners can cancel from the billing dashboard or through the Creem billing portal. Cancellation requests are logged and synced with the authoritative subscription state.

If cancellation is scheduled at period end, paid access continues through the stored paid-through date. The workspace is downgraded only when the paid period actually ends or the provider confirms an immediate cancellation.

When a paid subscription ends, future renewals stop and the workspace plan returns to the free tier unless a new subscription is activated.
