GDPR and Data Deletion
Understand how to export or delete your RankOnPilot account data and what constraints may apply before deletion.
Self-serve controls
Authenticated users can download a JSON export of account-accessible data and can initiate permanent account deletion from the settings page.
Deletion constraints
If you are the sole owner of a workspace, you must transfer ownership or remove the workspace before deleting your account. This prevents orphaned workspaces and inaccessible billing state.
Manual requests
If you cannot access your account, contact support and include the email address associated with the account plus enough detail to verify ownership.
