Review the commercial and platform terms that govern access to RankOnPilot.
Accounts and workspaces
Access to RankOnPilot requires a registered account. Workspace owners are responsible for membership invitations, billing actions, and the content published through their workspace.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Creem using the plan and product mappings configured by RankOnPilot. Billing status, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are tracked against the authoritative provider state.
You may cancel subscriptions from the billing dashboard or via the billing portal. Access remains available through any paid-through period reflected in your subscription record.
Prohibited behavior
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content workflows. Safety bans, moderation restrictions, and account termination may be applied when necessary.
- No spam, harassment, fraud, or impersonation
- No harmful or disallowed prompt generation
- No attempts to bypass billing, moderation, or access controls
