Plans and pricing
Rankonpilot has a free plan and three paid plans. They differ in how many articles and images you get each month. Every plan includes unlimited websites, keyword research, daily scheduling, webhook publishing and search engine notifications. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly.
How much does Rankonpilot cost?
Rankonpilot has a free plan with 1 article a month. Paid plans cost $49, $99 or $249 a month for 30, 90 or 300 articles, each with 4 images, and every plan includes unlimited websites. You can upgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing page.

What every plan includes
- Keyword ideas for each website, labelled with search intent and an estimated difficulty
- Long-form articles with a meta description, an FAQ section and links to your earlier posts
- A featured image and section images, with 4 images per article in every plan
- One article per day per website, at the hour you choose
- Publishing through a signed webhook, either automatically or after you review each post
- IndexNow notice and a Search Console sitemap resubmission when a post goes live
- Unlimited websites
How the monthly limits work
Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, in UTC. Every article comes with 4 images, so the image allowance is four times the article allowance. When you reach the article limit, Rankonpilot stops writing new articles until the next reset or until you move to a bigger plan.
The free plan
The free plan includes 1 article and 4 images a month and needs no credit card. Use it to connect your site and see a full article published before you pay.
Upgrading, cancelling and refunds
Workspace owners upgrade or cancel from the Billing page in the dashboard, which also opens the payment provider's portal for invoices and card details. After you cancel, paid access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund requests are reviewed one by one. The details are in the cancellation policy and the refund policy.
Is Rankonpilot right for you?
Rankonpilot suits site owners, agencies and SaaS teams that want new SEO articles on their own sites every day and can add a webhook endpoint once. It isn't the right tool if you need one-click CMS plugins, backlinks, done-for-you SEO services or changes to pages you already have.
A good fit if
- You want new SEO articles on your own site every day without writing them yourself.
- You run several websites: every plan includes unlimited websites.
- You, or a developer, can add a webhook endpoint to your site once.
- You publish in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese or Chinese.
Not the best fit if
- You want one-click publishing to WordPress, Webflow or Ghost. Those integrations are planned but not live yet, so today every site connects through a webhook endpoint.
- You need backlinks, technical SEO work or someone to do your SEO for you. Rankonpilot is software and doesn't sell links or services.
- You want to audit or rewrite pages you already have. Rankonpilot writes new articles; it doesn't edit existing pages.
- Your site is in a language it doesn't write yet, such as Russian, Vietnamese or Arabic.
- You need guaranteed rankings. Rankonpilot doesn't promise them, and as Google's own guide puts it, “No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google.”
Pricing questions
Can I use one plan for several websites?
Yes. Every plan, including the free one, covers unlimited websites. The monthly article and image allowance is shared by all websites in the workspace.
What happens when I use up my articles?
Rankonpilot stops writing new articles until the allowance resets at the start of the next month (UTC) or you move to a bigger plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the Billing page in the dashboard. Paid access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to the free plan.
What happens to posts that are already published?
They stay on your site. Articles are delivered to your own website, so cancelling doesn't remove them.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. Plans are billed monthly through Creem, our payment provider.
How soon is my first article ready?
Once you've added your website and approved a keyword, press Generate now and Rankonpilot starts writing that article straight away, with its images. After that it writes one article a day for each website, at the hour you choose. Articles reach your site once its webhook is connected.
